Your installer can discuss this with you when he/she installs the unit. But if you have any questions, feel free to contact Navien America at any time.

A qualified installer should make that determination prior to installation. Some retrofit applications will require an upgrade.

Will Navien`s water heater give me instant hot-water results?

Navien can supply endless hot water and can offer instant hot water if used with a recirculation system (Navien “A” models) or other systems sized to your application.

Are there special venting requirements?

No. In most cases your installer can use Schedule 40 PVC for the venting.

Where should I have the water heater installed?

Navien`s Condensing 98% Tankless Water Heater is so small you can have it installed just about anywhere in your home.
