In The Beginning (1978~1990)
1978	Establishes as the KD Machinery Co., Ltd.;
1979	Establishes the first factory in Pyung-Taek, Korea;
1979	Launches the Korean industry's first compact oil boilers;
1982	Acquires the Korea Standard Certification Mark for its oil boilers;
1987	Develops the Korean industry's first condensing gas boilers;
Innovation & Standardization (1991~1999)
1991	Changes the company name to KD Boiler Co., Ltd;
1991	Develops the Korea industry's first room-sealed & forced draft type gas boilers;
1992	First Korean exports of gas boilers to China;
1993	Establishes R & D Center for development of energy saving & eco-friendly products;
1993	Establishes the Beijing Kyung Dong Boiler Co., Ltd;
1994	Establishes a second factory in Song-Tan, Korea;
1995	Acquires ISO 9001 certification for its Quality Control Management System;
1996	Wins Ten Million Dollar Export Tower Award;

Globalization (2001~ present )
2001	Exports condensing gas boilers to North America, a first for a Korean boiler company;
2002	Develops the first condensing oil boilers in Asia;
2005	Wins the "Twenty Million Export Tower" Award;
2006	Changes the company name to KD Navien Co., Ltd.;
2006	Establishes Navien America Inc. in the United States;
2007	Establishes Shanghai Navien International Trade Co. Ltd.
2007	Develops the world's first ultra-high efficiency Condensing Tankless Water Heater with a combustion efficiency of 98.8%;
2008	Launches its world class 98% efficiency Condensing Tankless Water Heater in the North American market.
